Any converter can stretch a 1080p video to 4K. The pixels just get bigger, and you end up with the same shot, only softer. This 4K video converter rebuilds the picture instead. The model was trained on a lot of real footage, so it can make a fair guess at the detail a 1080p frame never recorded, and draw it in.
